Branding Built for Your Battle Flag and Your Bottom Line.

Without the Expensive Agency or Flaky Freelancer Bullsh*t.

Mission Control Brands is a brand strategy and identity design studio based in Tampa. You get one shot at this moment. A launch. A rebrand. A category entry. Your brand either carries the weight or it collapses under it. Full-Stack Brand Architecture was built specifically for founders who refuse to find out the hard way which one it is.

There Is An Industry-Wide Problem With How Brands Are Built For Clients.

The person who understands your business never touches your brand creation work…

That's a problem you’re paying for, and we have a problem with that.

The Agency Problem

The strategist hands your brief to the account manager. The account manager hands it to the project manager. The project manager hands it to an artsy designer. And the designer hands it back to you. Something gets lost every single time. It's not incompetence. It's the model. And you're the one paying for it.

And some agencies deliberately discount the brand work just to get you in the door.

Then comes the retainer for media, web, content and whatever else keeps the expensive billing cycle running. Your brand becomes a loss leader. An afterthought. A pawn.

Your brand is too important for that.

The Freelancer Problem

You get beautiful work. Without a doubt. But pretty and “vibes” don’t pay the bills.

There's no business brain behind it. No research. No strategy. No answer to the only question that actually matters: is this brand going to work in the real world?

Because if it doesn't, you're not just paying to fix the brand. You're paying for everything the wrong brand cost you while it was running. Lost customers. Missed opportunities. And the joy of starting over from scratch with your tail between your legs.

Pretty is cheap. Wrong is expensive.

Proof In Motion

Eight Years. Everything On The Line. One Shot To Get It Right.

Power-Pole spent eight years building the best trolling motor on the planet, then had to launch it at twice the price of billion-dollar competitors who got there first. A company known for stopping boats now had to convince the market to trust them to move it. Get the brand wrong and eight years collapses on impact.

It didn't collapse. The product sold out in three months, pulled $72 million in year one, and took over the category so completely that Power-Pole owned the Google results for it. An anchor company became a boating powerhouse.

Results:
  • $72M First Year

  • Sold Out in 3 Months

  • Category Owned

Send us your product, what you charge for it and what the store brand next to it charges. We'll tell you inside a few days whether you've got a brand problem or a pricing problem. (It's usually both.)

How It Works

A Clear Path. No Surprises. No Risks.

01. Reach Out

Tell us about your moment. The launch, the rebrand, the category entry, whatever has you here. We get back to you fast, no account rep, no runaround, and figure out together whether it's a fit. If it's not, we'll tell you straight.

An aerial photo of a person sitting on a boat or ship with a propeller and some equipment visible, sailing on water during sunset or sunrise.

02. Audit And Discovery

Before anyone touches a pixel, we run a full brand autopsy. Founder interviews, a hard look at your current brand against your goals, and an honest report on what to keep, kill, and upgrade. You get a ranked roadmap for exactly how to move forward.

And if you don't agree with the plan and we can't get you to one you're confident in, you get your money back and keep the report anyway. Worst case, you walk away with a full brand diagnosis that cost you nothing.

03. Brand Strategy

This is where we chart the course. Positioning, messaging, voice, and the competitive edge that decides where your brand wins. You get a clear battle plan that defines what you stand for and exactly how to talk about it.

Every design decision that follows is built on this foundation.

04. Identity Design

Now the strategy comes to life. Logo, full identity system, and everything your brand needs to show up looking like it costs what you charge. Built directly from the strategy by the same person who wrote it, so nothing gets lost in translation and the design actually means something.

05. Launch And Liftoff

Here's where most agencies leave you hanging. They hand you a brand system and a fresh invoice the second you actually want to use it. We do the opposite. Your build includes a launch kit and a full month of design support after delivery, so the brand goes live and starts working from day one.

No new proposal. No new designer to onboard. No bait and switch. Just a brand that's ready to fly the moment it lands.

Why Working With Us Is A Zero Risk Decision

Three Guarantees. Zero Risk. One Decision.

Most founders worry about three things before signing. The investment. The creative. And whether it will actually work. We built a guarantee around all three.

There is No Bad Outcome for a Founder Who Engages in Good Faith.

You either get a brand you're proud of and confident will grow your business. Or you get your money back. The only thing left to decide is whether you're ready to get started. Packages and pricing are published, so you know the number before you book the call.

Audit Roadmap Guarantee

Zero Risk To Get Started

We begin every engagement with a full brand audit and strategic roadmap. If you review the plan and decide not to move forward, you'll get a full refund. And you keep the audit. The worst-case scenario is a comprehensive brand diagnosis that costs you nothing.

Unlimited Revisions Promise

You'll Never Be Stuck With Something You Don't Love.

Revisions are unlimited within the direction we're building toward together. We iterate as many times as it takes until it's exactly right. No caps. No extra invoices. No pressure to approve something you're not proud of.

The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If You're Not Excited To Launch It, You Don't Pay For It.

If we reach the end of the engagement and you're not genuinely excited about the brand and ready to go live, you get a full refund. All of it. No negotiation. No partial credits. We part ways clean.

Questions Founders Ask Before They Call

The five that come up on almost every first call, answered before you have to ask.

What Does A Brand Engagement Cost?

Engagements run $20,000, $25,000 or $35,000, and the tier depends on how much strategy you need before the design starts. The audit is $5,000 on its own, and that $5,000 credits toward any package if you carry on.

How Long Does A Brand Engagement Take?

The audit and diagnosis take two weeks from the end of your stakeholder interviews. The identity build takes as little as 8 weeks after that, depending on scope and how fast feedback comes back.

Who Is Mission Control Brands For?

We work with founders and consumer brands at the moments that cost the most to get wrong: a launch, a rebrand, a retail expansion, or a funding round. If your brand has to hold up in a room where someone is deciding whether to stock you or fund you, that's the job.

Where Is Mission Control Brands Based?

Mission Control Brands is Palmer Holmes's studio, and we work out of Tampa, Florida. Most of the work happens remotely, so where you're based has never been the deciding factor.

What Do You Actually Deliver?

Every engagement runs audit, then strategy, then the identity system, and it ends with a launch kit your team can use the same day. That means the logo files, the brand guidelines, the templates, and the application mockups, all built by the same person who wrote the strategy.

Tell us what's going on with the brand on the contact page, and we'll come back inside a few days with whether it's a brand problem or a pricing problem.
